This is a new addition to my “iCONS” series entitled “Light My Fire.” This depicts music great Jim Morrison as he appears in the 1960’s. He stands 5 inches tall and weighs 1 ounce. He’s machine sewn front and back. Then stuff with poly fill then the doll was hand stitched closed on the bottom and signed by me on the bottom of the doll. The doll does not stand on it’s own and should never be machine washed but rather spot cleaned by hand. The doll is not silk screened or a replicated from another source. This is an original painting on fabric cloth using acrylic paints. It fits well on beds, office desk and on display shelves. It’s a great conversational pieces and a great source for nostalgia. This wonderful piece of Mix Media art entitled “Rebel” was created by myself. This portrait was hand painted using all acrylic paint on a flat panel acid free cotton canvas measuring 8 x 10”. It depicts actor James Dean in black and white contrast. A recycled Louis Vuitton bag was used to create the top and bottom border. The art is signed by me on the back spine.
